These X-Men vs Dr. Doom

Doom wants to talk to Xavier about his Illumanati group. However, Xavier sent his X-Men instead for battle.  
Doom has his intelligence.
The X-Men's morals are off. Doom is hellbount on talking to Xavier.
Doom has knowledge on all the powers of the X-Men. 
X-Men team composes of: Cyclops, Emma Frost, Wolverine, Colossus, Storm, Nightcrawler with 2 adamantium swords, Gambit (With a deck of cards and bo-staff), Rogue (Possess Ms. Marvel's powers) 
Who wins?

Unless Doom has prepared  a device to help him,They can beat him in less than a minute.Night crawler could just teleport his head off.

Doom takes this. Its doom. 

Since Doom has knowledge on all of their powers, he wins this battle.

Doom with no prep, loses with a moral's off xmen.
 Why does this scenerio sound like the WWH one?

Dr. Doom's intelligence and magic should give him the edge needed to beat these X-Men and make it to Charles. He probably already knew Charles betrayed him within the first minute of analyzing what Professor X would do.

The X-men win...Too many heavy hitters for doom to battle at once...

Doom is not a raw power guy. He is a prep guy. He can't beat the X-men single handed without prepping for the battle first. 1 v 1 maybe but not against the whole team at once.

Doom based on what I've read here.

Emma is useless here, she won't mindrape him, he's Doom, he's got all kinds of telepathic defenses, maybe she can cast illusions to misdirect him, but nothing letal.

Anyway a no morals Nightcrawler could just teleport his head away; a no morals Cyclops coul use all of his blasts with no glasses; a no morals Storm may try to suffucate him etc.

So I guess that the X-Men are gonna win in the end.

@veitha: Far from useless, even if he can resist her a powerful telepath battering at his mental defenses is going to be a major distraction.

But she is terribly skilled and could just do this.

Yeah, I know that she is one of the best and most skilled telepaths around, but I don't think that she will be able to damage Doom(she was afraid of entering his mind during Dark Reign: The Cabal), and he's far more resistant than Shaw(who did have a big degree of resistance btw).Anyway illusions seemed to work on Victor in the most recent A+X issue, but I don't know if that was PIS.

Someone has scans of Doom resisting illusions or other telepathic resistance feats outside of resisting control?

@veitha: I dount Emma would ever be afraid of Doom.

Shaw wasn't doing it with just willpower, he had psionic blocks in place specifically for her.

In the fight she got past that by giving the mind what it wants, Doom has a massive superiority complex and is already delusional, that tactic could possibly be even easier on him. When it comes to blocks skill often seems to be more useful.

X-men win. Too many heavy hitters and bloodlusted at that.

Dr. Doom wins easily. How do they counter magic. Teleportation and explosive cards won't work. Plus he has shown shields to reject telekenisis.

There are a lot of people on this thread that have no idea what Doom can actually do.

1. Emma can not use telepathy on him, she has tried it on him already and failed.

2. Nightcrawler can not teleport any part of him off, for the same reason he will laugh at the offense Cyclops and Wolverine will put out, forcefields.

3. Doom when not prepared still has plenty of defenses in his armor to sit there and laugh at all of them. Knowing Doom he will gloat not laugh.

When people say Doom prep, I know he is powerful, but how powerful is he exactly without PIS? What is his limit in a day, a week, a year, and so on.

Doom in more powerful than standard armour has been hurt by Storm alone.

Storm takes doom by herself, she did once she will do it again. she is too much for doom.

I think the X-Men would take a majority in this scenario.

Doom teaming up with Arcade (well, he captured Arcade but he was forcing Arcade to use his resources to aid him) was defeated by morals on Wolverine, Colossus, Storm and Nightcrawler with the only prep and knowledge they had was Beast telling them from Avengers mansion was that Doom was at least on par with Magneto. The team was captured at first but then managed to pull off a shaky win in the end. You've given Nightcrawler adamantium swords as an upgrade, added Cyclops, Emma and Ms. Marvel powered Rogue to the mix as well as made it a stand up battle. X-Men take this.

Might give this to Doom. His willpower makes him almost immune to telepathic attacks. He also has knowledge and all of them. He will create a force field, it will probably break later on, but it will last him long enough to destroy his opponents.

Actually he warns her to STOP TRYING...

Doom can shut down mutant genes. Doom's force fields take hits from hulk-level opponents, they're not going to break easily. His armor let him survive a blast from the Infinity Gauntlet (with all the stones). As already stated, telepathy will not work. with knowledge of their powers, he could prep for just about any situation. When Doom really wants something, he will get it (Keeping in mind this is someone that has earned respect from heroes and villains alike. He's taken over the world and wasn't overthrown, instead he gave it up because he was bored.)

Doom. They can't break his shields or affect his mind. I doubt illusions will stand up to his armor's sensors.

With prep, Doom wins.

They can't stop Doom. He doesn't concern himself with petty traffic rules.
