• Winner(s) via Incapacitation or Destruction of Opponent,
• No Prep or Outside Help/External Resources.

Location:

Definitely the Rangers. Not a bad match-up.

"In-Character, Martials Arts/H2H & Weapons Only". Wheewhh, OK I take the Rangers 8/10 their Armor is going to be a problem for the Ninja Turtles.

i think the turtles can take this they are more willing to cheat to win if need be. the armor though a factor isnt a deal breaker but leo is skilled eanough to zantetsukan through robots and solid metal things so some power ranger armor isnt gonna be that big a deal.
