Selina is the more experient fighter here but Thea had a short but proper training with one of the best LoA ninjas.. i think it would go to selina but it would be a good fight.
I don't think either really has any notable feats. Thea has arrows though which is a big advantage.

Disarmed Slade when he had her in a headlock and a gun pressed to her temple.
Made Ra's al Ghul raise his hands and block her strikes.
Leaped meters vertically into the air and pounced on Ollie in a rage after emerging from the Lazarous Pit.
Trophy winning archer before being trained by Malcolm.
Fired an arrow, drew another arrow, and fired it again so quickly that the two arrows impacted their target almost simultaneously.
Toyed with four armed H.I.V.E. soldiers and was only defeated because she got too cocky and let her guard down. In the same episode four H.I.V.E. soldiers defeated Laurel fair and square.
Deduced Chase the DJ's identity by sniffing out poison in the drink he had given her.
Ambushed Ollie in the middle of his fight with Diggle without being detected by either of them or anybody else in the area; shot an arrow straight through his forearm from several meters away while he was in motion.
The showrunners seem pretty consistent in portraying Thea as a solid midtier, even if she hasn't defeated her own enemy yet.

Some good points but I think some of these are non feats. Malcom and Oliver obviously hold back on Thea and I don't think her showing against Ra's is impressive. Senses might not be too relevant here either.

Some good points but I think some of these are non feats. Malcom and Oliver obviously hold back on Thea and I don't think her showing against Ra's is impressive. Senses might not be too relevant here either.
She legitimately impresses them though. On the island when she and Oliver were doing escrima, Oliver was just like "wtf how did you get this good?"
@monsterstomp: She dodges bullets from people who can't hit a sitting target, she beats up people who beat up themselves, they only thing she ever did was shoot Bane with a fricken cannon.
@navajaz: Bleh. Ordinarily, I'd choose any cinematic character over cheese syndicated, poorly choreographed Arrow lady combatants (except Ra'as' non-Talia daughter), but I can't endorse any character played by Anne Hathaway winning a fight. Even if Thea was full of Ambien, I suspect she would kick faux-Catwoman's arse back to pitiful romantic comedy-land.
