"The Wilsons" get 24 hours of prep before starting the Gauntlet, and they have their standard equipment/weaponry. They get 1 full hour of rest between Rounds. The opposition has NO prep time here, with standard equipment & abilities. Takes place in Manhattan, NYC. Round 1- DareDevil & Elektra, Round 2- Batman & Nightwing, Round 3- Wolverine & Lady Deathstrike, Round 4- Luke Cage & Iron Fist, Round 5- Rhino & Green Goblin, Round 6 (FINAL)- Bane (w/Venom) & Thing! ... BATTLE!

I see them stopping at Round 4. I think they could probably beat Round 5 though which is kinda weird.

But, Rhino > Luke Cage, & Green Goblin > Iron Fist... Green Goblin would have his glider & weaponry, since "standard equipment" is in play here. ;)

In many ways, yes Green Goblin > Iron fist. GG only looks like a fool fighting against spider-man, but the guy is kinda underrated.

In round 5 Deathstroke would be able to outwit Rhino (not a difficult feat) into BFR himself and then he n DP would double team old Norm.

Round 6 though ... if this is New 52 Deathstroke I think he's be able to take Bane as he has a dramatic power boost and he is a king of prep and DP has the speed advantage but Bane would probably be able to KO him if he catches him.

Question is though would the Wilsons be able to take out the Thing????

Like what? Outside of using gadgets, Rand would pulverize Green Goblin without even trying.

Not a "Iron Fist versus Green Goblin" thread, but Green Goblin is a 10 tonner, with LOTS of experience, and would have the aerial advantage as well as mid to long range weaponry, and his Glider can act independantly now. I think GG beats IF. Personal opinion.

And Iron Fist one-shots Skaar, nearly breaks a hellicarrier in half with a punch, and goes toe-to-toe with Ragnarok. Green Goblin couldn't do any of those things in his wildest dreams.

Being a 10 tonner means nothing. Danny has taken out massive demons and layed out Skaar, if I'm not mistaken.

Essentially, yes. Although, he became the avatar some time after Strange lost his Sorcerer Supreme title. It was during New Avengers vol. 1 or 2, I believe.

The question is can 52 Deathstroke and Deadpool take out Agamotto Iron Fist. I think not if he can one shot Skaar.

It's possible with prep time. Without it, they have no chance.

Deathstroke is a king of prep. Is Agamotto IF bullet/stab proof?

No clue. Most of my Iron Fist knowledge comes from the first few volumes of New Avengers and the recent developments, what with him fighting the new Dark Avengers and whatnot. He should be, in my opinion.

Yeah I don't know much about him. If IF has no prep and the fact he has only just gained Agamottos blessing means that they could take him out quickly.

And iron fist beat Colossus in Contest of the champions i would assume Colossus is far greater than mere 10 tones and more experience in H2H then GG.

Current Hob Goblin on the other hand would be a different altogether.

@Illuminatus: lol yeah - but how many could he catch neither of the mercs are known for saving on bullets.

After thinking a while I do think they could clear this - with prep time they are a very good team.

Thing could be taken out if shot in the eyes - both Deadpool and Deathstroke are excellent shots.

Bane isn't bulletproof but could tank injury unless the venom delivery system is damaged - after that he has very little chance against the prepared mercs.

God forbid Deathstroke can floor Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern at the same time with prep with the push of a button, but Iron Fist is an unattainable goal for him.

I mean Deathstroke "with prep" can pretty much overcome any challenge, based on his feats.
