Weather Wizard.

Guy can catch lightning (unlike Storm who has been hurt when her weather powers were turned back on her), has just as much control and experience but is way more ruthless.  Storm has never made a tornado inside another person's stomach.

Storm's got a lot of advantages like leadership, mobility, stealth and hand to hand skills but in a straight up weather battle, Mardon's gonna come out on top.
