As far as I remember, the Spectre has only been 'depowered' twice in it's existence. Once by Asmodeus (?) where they bot hit each other and lost all memory of who they were for 50 years, and this was the Corrigan Spectre. The second time was by Black Alice who temporarily stole its powers (no host), leaving it nothing but an invulnerable spirit.
Well maybe if you put it the current Spectre (pre new 52) , who pretty much was the weakest version, give Void Spear of Destiny, and let him have the first strike.
I think this thread is rather pointless, sorry. Its just Spectre has been written to be more powerful than Void, even his weakest version (Cripus Allen), why try and turn it around? Its best to just accept it Spectre > Void by a huge margin.
