Hard to tell... They both more or less suck.

But at least Vision was played by Paul Bettany. And could pick up mjolnir for some reason. And fought Ultron - much better feat than being a supposed manipulator of cosmic energy and being beaten by a tachyon field! Bleh!!!

... err, you are not getting it mate. He was beaten by a tachyon field - same thing he should be finding while flying in space. Meh... we won't even go into how a supposed manipulator of COSMIC ENERGY could be rendered undone by a tachyon field! Why didn't he manipulate the t-field. Like wth? Smartest guy my foot.

...holes in the ground - yeah, great combat feat there. You forgot the part where Doom survived his awesome power. Phasing through Sue's shield means what exactly? It's not like he took it head on, he phased through it. We won't even go into that he phased through the force field because his power allowes him to bypass the force field - reference Doom stabbing her through her force field iirc. As for the planet busting opponent - proof? Feats? Anything but statements?

Not saying he loses but bleh! At least Vision has actual combat feats, and actually hurt both the main villian and fodder. More than silver pants has - but then he made holes.

Uh other than being a technopath we haven't the full extent of the soul gem. If Vision can mind F him he wins. Otherwise SS blows him too pieces.

Show me that space cloud destroying anything! I'll wait... coz that movie showed nothing bar "everywhere the Surfer appears 8 days later the planet dies". But it's been years and I might not be remembering an awesome scene as that cloud doing something.

Silver Surfer stomps. He did outmove heat seeking misiless and after that he sent out an energy blast powerful enough to destroy a bunch of armored cars.

Seems like an unfair battle, SS took Galactus out, traveled interstellar distances in unknown time frames...probably damned fast. ect ect ect ol' silver head definitely takes this without thinking twice.
