The Vishanti vs Shuma-Gorath

The three members of the Vishanti fight Gorath to destroy the idiot octopus. The first scenario is on Earth, and the second scenario is in the octopus monster's dimension.
 
Now, I already think The Vishanti win in both cases . But, I just want to see what other users on this board think. And no mean comments!!!

Scenario 1: Vishanti vs Shuma-Gorath (Earth) 
Conclusion: Stalemate
This fight already happened. Shuma-Gorath had been on Earth ruling and the Vishanti had combated him. But, they were not successful in getting rid of him. This is concluded because of the fact that it is stated on-panel that Shuma had ruled unopposed for eons as the leader of the Great Old Ones until Sise-Neg banished him. The only other person to get rid of Shuma was Dr. Strange through banishment. 
 
Take a look at this scan (click to enlarge pic): In the corner, Agamotto states that long ago they combated Shuma-Gorath. Then they state that they shall not intervene by helping Dr. Strange. Now, Agamotto helped to protect the Earth before a Sorceror Supreme was made, thus, the battle against Shuma would have most likely taken place on Earth.

The reason I say the Vishanti combined are around Living Tribunal level is because only one of the Vishanti was able to stalemate Galactus. The three of them should be around LT, or if not that then at least Molecule Man or Beyonder level.
 
And CortSether, your response made no sense. All of it is assumption.

Hm...I really don't know much about either, but based on CortSether's scans and argument I'd say he(?) is most likely correct unless somebody can totally debunk his argument. 
 
 
And Samanya pleease don't make comments like that because you make potentially good threads into joke ones and I want to see a good discussion on this fight.
