All teams start off 100 feet away from each other. Morals are off, this is to kill. Each team gets 4 hours of prep with no clue on who they are going up against or how many. Which ever team wins it, win the Universe and can do whatever they want to it. Heroes Goals would be to protect it, Villians to rule or destroy it. Fight takes place on an abandoned World the size of Jupiter.

The only reason why I gave any kind of prep is because wouldn't you like to know when you're going to fight to the death? That gives you 4 hours to prepare yourself. Imagine just being teleported to a place and being told it's a fight to the death for the universe. I know I wouldn't know how to handle that right away. Lol

Team 2 and 4has the same number of powerhouses The only team to have 5 powerhouses is 3, Team 2 has better feats of beating whole teams and other super powered characters

I will go with team 1 because of Thor, BRB, Silver Surfer and Dr Fate. I think that team 2 wouldnt be able to work well together. Team 3 doesnt have any sort of Magic offense that I can see so they will have a hard time dealing with Superman. Team 4 has Dr Strange but the other members cant match up to Superman and Thor. I think I am underestemating team 4.
