Thor. with raw power he'd probably win by a very small margin but with his vast versitility it's definetly Thor.

Man... it bums me out so much that some of these Johnny Come-Lately's are so powerful that they edge out my main man Ben Grimm for a spot on this list.  Poor Ben. I think that the argument could be made that some of these guys are more plot devices than they are part of Marvel's stable of 'heroes' but that's splitting hairs.
 
But I digress. Since you turned off Morals I don't see anyone on this list beating Black Bolt.

I pick Ghost Rider he's mostly invulnerable to everything but forms of magic, he may not be as strong as some of the others but his array of other abilities could tip the battle his way, it wouldn't be easy though.
