Cool, a Tick thread. I haven't read all of the Tick appearances, but I started buying random comics about a year ago whenever I could find them, so I've read probably around 20 Tick comics now.
Anyways, Tick isn't smart, or all that amazing of a fighter. The only thing he has going for him is incredible invulnerability for this battle. His strength isn't going to matter much, since he shouldn't ever lay a hand on Midnighter.
Midnighter will find a way to put him down. Tick isn't that much of a threat to him IMO.
