Armstrong did generate a 1.25 kiloton explosion with a wound up punch. Not to mention he seems much more durable, requiring a blade that weakens molecular bonds in order to be actually harmed.
Round 2 will just mean arnstrong definitely blitzes ben.
Armstrong's best showing isn't actually hitting Raiden by running at him in my opinion. It was when he catches Raiden's Zandatsu, when Raiden moves legitimately at hypersonic speeds. He whips around, catches the blade between his two fingers and then floors Raiden.
It's a pretty lesser known feat showing speed and reactions.
Round 1. Armstrong because he has NANOMACHINES SON!
Round 2: Armstrong because he is faster and still has his nanomachines.
Armstrong being faster means nothing if he can't harm his opponent, and here...he can't harm his opponent. Ben eventually stomps.
