There's absolutely nothing Ben can do to Cain. Here are a few of his feats:
Strong enough to defeat Thor
Cyke uses his full power optic blast (which is enough to vaporize a rock. Get it? Rock... Thing..?) and Juggernaut laughs.
Strong enough to kill Hulk:
Now, I could keep going all day with the feats and trying to prove how Cain is superior, but I believe that's quite enough...
