We're usin' classic version of Thing (basically every feat I mention below counts, an' those classic ones I didn't mention), an' TF Prime cartoon version of Bulkhead.
Thing is a powerhouse. He once knocked down a black hole, an' has overpowered a machine with enough power ta push thru a planet. He also knocked out Hulk once (the other FF's were assistin' him though) an' even held up a rig for a while. He also got some really good hits on Thanos (Thor was assistin' him though).
Bulkhead is a powerhouse too. He once tore into a Decepticon Vehicon's chest an' pretty much ripped his insides out (more disturbin' ta think about it than ta look at it). Also, one time when his punch an' his arch enemy Breakdown's punch collided, it came a huge shockwave outta it, an' cracked up a lot of the ground, an' a bit of the mountain, check for yerself: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xx9i23_transformers-prime-season-1-episode-14-out-of-his-mind_auto at 18:03. He also held up some gigantic boulder above his head, weighin' a lotta tons, an' probably held it there for a few hours. He also got a few good hits in on Megatron when Megatron was amped with Dark Energon.
Who wins?
Rules:
-Thing's morals are on, but Bulkhead's morals are off an' is bloodlusted.
-No BFR.
-No outside help.
-Pure hand-to-hand, so Bulkhead cant use his blasters (he almost never uses 'em though).
-Fight takes place in the North Pole.
-Win by KO or death.
