I did this one once before, but I didn't get to finish it, so I figured I'd try it again, hoping I will get through the whole thing.

A new character calling himself The Game Master has taken over Staten Island, New York. He has unleashed both the Joker and Red Skull among its populace, and has abducted Batman, Green Arrow, Captain America, Hawkeye, Phantom Lady, Black Canary, Black Widow & Mockingbird.
If the superheroes wish to leave and save the populace, they must capture both villains in a game of eight rounds.
After each capture of both villains, whichever hero is deemed the weakest is eliminated from the game.
If a hero does not participate, they will be deemed the weakest and eliminated from the game.
There are no superpowers allowed in this game, and there is a nullifier which eliminates the use of powers.
No teaming up allowed
(The Game Master has complete control of everything that goes on in his game, he can see all, and knows all that is happening)
Round 1
No equipment.
Vote off who you think would be the weakest hero.
