Fight begins 10yds apart, in the trophy/memorabilia area of the Batcave. Cloak does not know the extent of Spot's powers, but has been told he has to defend himself against a foe who somehow moves differently than a normal human. Win by death or incapacitation. 2 rounds - one with morals, one without.
