The thing about The Living Tribunal is he is functionally God. We never see The One Above All. He never does anything. He has no feats. All we know is the Living Tribunal answers to him. Basically anything/ everything TOAA should be doing, The Tribunal does.

LT destroys 2 megaverses. including entire DC-verse (except Overmonitor because he is Omnipotent).

TOAA > Azathoth > Yog Sothoth

Because TOAA is Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent.

Azathoth is Omnipotent and Omnipresent, but not Omniscient (he is mad).

Yog Sothoth is Omniscient and Omnipresent, but not Omnipotent.

Though I agree that Azathoth isn't omniscient (that's why he is called "The Blind Idiot God") but in terms of omnipotnece he is equal to TOAA.

In Forever Evil: Blight it's very clear that the Presence is omnipotent because he's God. Those scans sound like Vertigo to me, let's remember, that Vertigo has other Gods, like the one from Preacherverse who is only omnipotent in his throne, most Vertigo stuff is not cannon to DC. DC's Presence is Omnipotent, Idk about Vertigo. So, TOAA=Presence>LT>Spectre. In Forever Evi: Blight is very clear that the Presence does not intervene in most occasions, and Spectre is a independent being, he's just a divine creation. Although, if The Presence backups him, The Spectre should stomp LT.
