Where does it say that this is "New 52 Spectre" exactly? Doesn't...therefore up to interpretation, not to mention Spectre has only showed up literally a few times in New 52 so to not use his pre 52 feats would be silly...but if we're using new 52 ok, he demolishes Celestials being as how his fight with PS nearly destroyed the multiverse as Presence said it would if they kept at it before breaking it up...Thread over.
@ Isaac_Clarke, when I said multiverse I was merely elaborating on him saying "He was one with universes, cosmos, galaxies etc every particle was apart of him" if you read the tiny words he says it but it's a little hard to read. And DC Multiverse is FAR from tiny. Proof of this?
all of them

I don't read New 52 when was that fight with PS (i assume he is Phantom Stranger but like i said i don't read New 52)?
@kingant27: no he doesn't, Scathan dealt with Protege where LT failed, do you disagree? He doesn't have many feats but he is bigger than LT just because of Protege.LT failed.
@darkseid1006: during phantom stranger series. ;-) all good theres so many to follow in the new 52, easy to lose track.
Scathan solo.
Scathan solos.
Celestials.
scathan,tiamut,existar can all solo.
depends on who he fights,if the spectre fought low lvl celestials he can beat them, medium lvl and high lvl celestials beat him.
Scathan is mostly hax, I'm not entirely certain he can disapprove of everything, I'm guessing he specifically deals with anomalies like Protege but that's just an assumption, but still it would be pretty rediculous to have a single celestial be entirely more powerful than TLT.
Tiamut was said to be on the level of the Fulcrum but it really seems like it was more due to the fact that Tiamut had free will unlike all the other celestials and he was "above" them because later Tiamut get's lobotomized by Mister Sinister so he can't be too powerful.
Exitar isn't universal much less multiversal.
@jayc1324: Scathan say hi.
@sophia89: I'm not going to quote you because your text is too big but anyways...
1. I'm not saying the celestials aren't powerful I was just detailing that Exitar, Tiamut or Scathan could not solo spectre (besides maybe Scathan) imo.
2. Your first scan puts Exitar below Eternity which already makes him below Universal.
3. Your second scan means nothing, it's just a grouping of varying cosmic powerhouses, from TLT all the way down to Thor.
4. From your final set of scans yeah the Celestials are powerful but it's not detailing any celestial in particular so you can assume the whole uncountable amount of celestials that there are worked together to make the Universe then the multiverse which isn't that impressive in the grand scheme of things considering how many of them there are.
5. Image macros are lame and saying I know nothing is pretty far from the truth.
@homicidalmaniac: I actually don't even know who that one is.

Scathan is a Celestial that is more powerful than Living Tribunal.
@wavemotioncannon: Unless they have multiversal threats in their it's perfectly reasonable to think so...
THe problem with this is that Celestials might be powerful but if The Spectre is allowed to, he can just kill em all. But that depends if he's allowed to or not...
He deals with all sorts of shiz.
And if we establish a moderate power level for Spectre, he cannot take on teh Celestials himself because there are literally billions of em in teh Marvel Multiverse and with a moderately established Spectre, he'll be only able to take out a couple of thousand (i'm just guessing here)
Celestials win. The numbers would overwhelm him and one of them is essentially on par with Galactus if not more.
Celestials
