This battle takes place between people named Smith and people named Jones. (It is not everyone named Smith or Jones, but there are actually a lot less than you'd think, especially Smiths.)
The Smiths:
Agent Smith (Smith), Red Tornado (John Smith), Boom Boom (Tabitha Smith), Catseye (Sharon Smith), Red Skull (Johann Schmidt/John Smith)
The Joneses:
Ghost Rider (Alejandra Jones), A-Bomb (Rick Jones), Firestar (Anjelica Jones), Jessica Jones, Casey Jones (TMNT)
Everyone has morals off. Win by death, dispersal, incapacitation, or KO. Battle takes place in a Matrix version of depopulated downtown Utica, starting at 30'. Everyone's powers work here just as they do in the real world.
Agent Smith is at Matrix Revolutions levels. Red Skull is in a normal human body, and has a truncheon and a bowie knife. Casey Jones has a golf club and a baseball bat.
Obviously we have some very different power levels here due to the Smith-Jones format, but let's consider how well the lower-power characters would do against each other and not just say Agent Smith solos or Ghost Rider solos, etc.
