both fights depend on wether he can pierce the predators mind or not.... if he can he can win most of the time.... if not then he is useless against him

I am not sure the predators could deal with that kind of magic, now predators are physically way more powerful than The Shadow. I guess it depends on wether the predator can land a punch on The Shadow or not.

Could The shadow manipulate an alien mind? I guess we'll never know.
