The Ray if he draws out all of his energy or incinerates him..
vision's phasing cant hurt the ray when he is fully powered up and energy.

wait if this is suppose to be happy terrill and not the Ray.. than it is possible for the vision to phase through him since he is not energy like his son.

but The Ray will still win regardless since the father has more tricks than   ray the son and far more experience..
