Going by his wikia page on here I say The Ray wins.

By the way which Ray are you using here. There are three of them, and I don't know if there are any New 52 version of Booster Gold and The Ray that has been made yet.

that is new 52 booster gold and ray. booster gold was in Justice League International, the Ray had his own miniseires

Ray is faster and there is little to nothing Booster Gold can do to Ray once he goes light form.

Ray FTW nearly every time.

Depends on what you like, wasnt the best of the story heaps of action, was fun all around. If you are looking for a comics with in-dept story, twist and turns, then its not the story for you though.

Its more like simple, straight forward, dont have to waste your time thinking too much kind of a story. :)

@AllStarSuperman: They took The Ray and cyclops and combine them together and then got the character Apollo from DC comics or Wildstorm comics.
