Wow, I love both of these characters. I'll say the Ray takes this, it would be harder for him with morals on but still, he's too fast for Blackagar. Yeah Black Bolt has far superior strength and durability, but eventually I think Ray's speed (around the speed of light if I'm correct) would incapacitate BB.
