This a bad battle since this a fight were gear really does matter. If this was wolverine vs superboy it wouldn't be so bad, but when you are talking about gear dependent characters you really got to be specific.

@cody1984: They gave no specifics so I just decided to go with full access meaning Frank gets a van full of guns and crap and Nick gets a helicarrier full of sheild tech
I agree with @cody1984. Having no specifications in a battle leads to a very vague outcome...mostly out of wild guesses and comparisons of both characters. However, if it was settled as a battle of hand-to-hand combat, I definitely see Punisher having the upper hand here. Punisher has more experience in the martial arts as well as making decisions in the heat of battle.
OP needs to specify details. At the moment, I can't give any clear outcome because I don't know who has what. But if Nick has the helicarrier, this is kind of a spite thread..
