Hawkman takes this fairly easily he outclasses frank in everything but skill by a pretty wide margin. Frank CAN take him he would just need alot more fire power and probably a little prep time to do it.

Doesn't current Hawkman have a Wolverine level healing factor, nth metal weapons and armor, can generate fire blasts, and is a 20 tonner or so? Frank has almost no chance outside of a huge explosion trap.
