Okay, but he can't keep tanking bullets. Punisher has hit agile guys as high as Spider-man. Tagged a speedster. Bane can cover his face all day. Punisher will just keep shooting.

Frank wins round 2, last second improv and killing you with the environment is his thing but I would say it is 6/10 at best.

Pretty much quoting this for truth. No argument against it. Bane wins.

Why the hell would ANYONE make a close-combat melee fight with Punisher AGAINST Bane?? Bane absolutely murders him in the first two rounds, but Punisher has a chance in the third round. There's no way in hell Punisher can beat Bane in any melee close-combat fight.

Ok. This battle can be determined 1 of 2 ways.

Hit and move, prep time, careful planning, speed. I give this to the Punisher. This is his type of fight. He dosnt need to engage Bane in a straight up fight. He has plenty of weapons and could set a few traps that could keep Bane down. Not to mention even the Punisher is going to realize Bane needs to repower from his venom which runs through the tubes connected from his wrist to his head. If the Punisher hits it early he is going to win because Bane will just be a normal man.
Smarts, straight up fight to the death Bane wins. Bane isn't just muscle but he has a high IQ. After all those smarts helped him break Batman after he broke out every inmate from Arkham Assylum and Batman spent months going after the criminals while Bane watched how he operated. So suppose Bane does this to the Punisher. Granted its a little different with the Punisher as he wont care about inmates and spend months rounding them up as he is likely to kill them. But Bane could watch the Punisher from a distance. Bane also has knowledge of several different fighting styles. If he engages Punisher head to head no way in hell does the Punisher win a brawl against him. And strength while Bane needs to rejoice to stay strong if he can finish off Punisher before he realizes how to destroy his venom tubes, Bane wins.

Don't get me wrong I know Punisher is tough. I don't see Bane finishing him off right away as this would be a very long type of fight. It just depends on who dictates the fight. I honestly see this fight going to just barely Bane. While neither of them would hesitate to kill the other Bane brings more advantages to this fight over the Punisher then vice versa. Bane wins

Punisher wins any round in which he has weapons. He is probably more willing to kill than even Bane is, which is why he is so cool. He is also an excellent H2H fighter, but he wouldnt take round 1.

Frank has this. Bane is a beast up close, but marksmen can take him if they keep their distance, and the Punisher should be capable of doing so.
