I'll go with the team.

In a comic book in and character...I can see the team stalemating him. But realistically, Peter should dominate.

But, Man..if this was SpOck?! The team might want to get some back up...like the Avengers lol

@hollow_point: I agree with this. Daredevil and Punisher can take him but they both leave with permanent damage lol.

This is difficult, Peter's webs were able to hold the Lizard for a good length of time and he's been able to get right up after being thrown through walls but Daredevil is similar in agility levels and Punisher is great shot. I'm not actually sure who would win.
