Fight takes place in a NYC street, that is night time with no civilians. Frank Castle doesn't care if he kills Daredevil, Daredevil doesn't care if he beats him up too much.

ROUND 2: Daredevil(wears black costume), VS Frank Castle(wears Punisher T Shirt), in a dojo.

Who wins?

Daredevil both rounds, round 1 Frank MIGHT be able to take him but i doubt it, round 2 however is Daredevil easy.
