They have 2 moths prep they can use any equipment gadgets and resources they have but no infinity gauntlet Cosmic Cube HOTU..... etc
Dc heroes:
Have 1 month prep they can use any equipment gadgets and resources they have but no items like HOTU Cosmic Cube.....etc
Only Dc earth heroes Prep masters have only info what Darkseid and Lex luthor knows about their Universe and Dc heroes knows only about Darkseid and Lex luthor

Fight take place:NYC

And no planet destruction...
