The Phantom Stranger vs. Doomsday and Darkseid

The Phantom Stranger is allowed to use his full power and is fighting with intent to kill 
Doomsday: Hunter/ Prey 
Darkseid in his prime 
 
I don't know who would win this, I've seen the Phantom Stranger in some comic books and it he looks pretty powerful. The fight also takes place on earth.

The Phantom Stranger could win here... but quite frankly I dont think its an easy fight at all... if you recall Darkseid was able to effect The Spectre with the Omega Beams in the past... The Phantom Stranger physically has never displayed the level of power of a full powered Spectre even though claims say he is on par with him... I still dont see why Darkseid couldnt effect Phantom Stranger or possibly BFR him into an Outer Dimension...
