Penguin VS Two-Face-Round 1. Who would win utilizing all their resources and a week of prep?-Round 2. Who would in in a hand to hand fight with their standard weapons?
Penguin seems better with prep, but Two face is the better fighter. Then again, that Umbrella can be a bit tricky.Penguin wins Round 1....but Two face wins round 2 (assuming the coin is not a factor)
I agree. Penguin keeps a scrapbook of everyone who ever laughed at him and is an information broker so I back him in a prep war.Round two is all Two-Face though. He's remarkably strong for a nonpowered human.
