the presence isnt omnipotent, he stalemated GEB, he was stated to be shaped by external forces, and IIRC he asked lucifer if he could share his memories (that's three reasons why presence isnt omnipotent), so TOAA

Pretty much.
I dont understand why people keep saying that the Presence is equal to TOAA.
@WillPayton: look at this:
here the presence "asks" lucifer(i think) if he can give him his memories, if he was omnipotent he can just make it happen and if he was omniscient he would have known the answer and not bothered asking him

Thanks for the scans, very nice! Yeah, we can see that while the Presence is a very powerful being, he's still a non-omnipotent being working within a larger set of rules. He's still limited by the "physics" of the greater reality that he inhabits, as well as his own thought processes, and the actions of others that he doesnt control.
TOAA is inherently different, being a personification of the writer. As such TOAA isnt as much a "character" in the comic book world, as he is... well, whatever the writer wants. There's nothing in the comic universe that TOAA cant know or do.
1. The God from Lucifer is not necessarily the God from DC. Lucifer may not quite be in continuity with the rest of DC, or even Vertigo.
2. I love how the scan itself says God is infinite and eternal, and yet how there are forces external to him. That is one giant paradox.
Also, Can we stop having 76 versions of this battle a day?

It's not a paradox.

It's not a paradox.
One implies he is absolute, the other that he isn't, so yeah it kinda is.
Not really. Eternal just means he/it lasts forever. That doesnt preclude other things from existing outside of it.
Infinite also doesnt mean there cant be other stuff/entities existing. I'll give an example... think of all the even numbers (integers), 2, 4, 6, ... until infinity. The even integers are infinite, but they dont include all integers, there's still all the odd ones. So, you can have something being infinite, but still have other things, which can also be infinite. "Infinite" doesnt mean "everything".
So, no, neither being eternal nor infinite means the Presence cant have other entities or powers that are equally powerful, more powerful, or external to it. It's not a paradox.
These are the two most powerful entities in Marvel and DC.
TOAA only has domain over his reality and The Presence over his, so if its common ground Stalemate, If its marvel TOAA and if its DC then Presence. This is not that hard.
