The Mask's reality warping will make him so unpredictable, that even if Batman preps for years, he'd lose.
as much as i hate to say it, the mask is indestructible- theres no way of containing him it just cant happen . bats could try and take of his mask but to be honest id be willing to bet he could beat the entire justice leuge- hes just too powerful
