Well current Spawn would not be able to kill The Mask in any way... and eventually The Mask would defeat Spawn... since Mask is a Reality Warper and can create virtually any object he wants... once Mask gets hold of a Celestial weapon... its all over for current Spawn.

Wait a minute now... are we using the current Spawn who was depowered or the one before Armeggedon when he did display moderate levels of matter manipulation ? And another thing is... current Spawn has a weakness to Celestial Weapons... The Mask has a weakness to basically nothing
Also, Spawn can manipulate almost anything to a deadly weapon that "can" block a celestial weapon. Otherwise he wouldn't have survived Angelna...or something like that.

I see a stalemate as I don't see these two killing each other. If Big Head couldn't kill Lobo then he certainly couldn't kill Spawn, but The Mask is for all intents and purposes immortal.
it depends on which version of spawn are we talking full on god spawn cause then he could win but if its normal begginer spawn then no the mask would over power him and his movements would be hard for even the suit spawn wears to predict but since mask doesn't know spawns weakness unless he blurts it out then spawn and mask would be at a stale mate thats my oppinion
