Well current Spawn would not be able to kill The Mask in any way... and eventually The Mask would defeat Spawn... since Mask is a Reality Warper and can create virtually any object he wants... once Mask gets hold of a Celestial weapon... its all over for current Spawn.

Wait a minute now... are we using the current Spawn who was depowered or the one before Armeggedon when he did display moderate levels of matter manipulation ? And another thing is... current Spawn has a weakness to Celestial Weapons... The Mask has a weakness to basically nothing

Also, Spawn can manipulate almost anything to a deadly weapon that "can" block a celestial weapon. Otherwise he wouldn't have survived Angelna...or something like that.

The Mask can be beaten and Loki could have done that i think....i can't remember the conclusion of the fight. Anyway, I think Spawn can beat him.
