The Main Character of Skyrim vs the Hulk

So, main character of Skyrim levels up as high as he can go and tries to kill the Hulk. He's got the best weapons and armor possible. Hulk is at his standard power levels. Who wins?

I didn't play the game yet and I'm probably also not going to do it, but I thought the guy would be just a human with weapons + maybe  few magic spells. Is he something more or why should he be able to go toe on toe with Hulk? Not even Alex Mercer could do that.
