I think it could go either way due to TP but the Magneto family has the edge due to Magneto himself (and starting distance can factor in for Pietro to possibly speed-blitz). Chuck or Jean could turn Wanda on Magneto or Pietro, or shut down Quicksilver or Scarlet Witch's brain.
