Actually the Lizard having a high IQ here might not be such a good thing. Connors in control means that all the Lizards fighting instincs / skills are gone and Connors is no where near the combatant that Sabretooth is.

Possibly, but with little to no evidence of combat experience and using and unfamiliar body I would consider it unlikely.
If saber tooth did have an admantaium skeleton, does that make his claws extra strong also? I don't know what kinds of extra accessories they would have given him.
Got to say without Adamantium Sabretooth loses. With Adamantium I would barely give it to Sabretooth. Sabretooth is a better fighter but Lizard is far stronger.
I just been reading up the characters on Marvel they both have the same speed and strenght level, but sabretooth has higher fighter skill lizard lifts 12tn while sabretooth is unspecified sabretooth has adamantium claws and skeleton

I always was cirious about something. Everyone knows that Creed has healing that helps him to recover from physical injuries but since he is not more durable than a peak human, doesn't that mean he can be KOed with a few hits on the head?=]
I don't know who would win, even if Lizard had connor's intellect. Here's the thing, I'm inclined to Sabretooth because this is a fight. Connor is a scientist.. you're only talking a scientific mind. Sabretooth has multiple fields of intelligence although not with an IQ like Mr Fantastic, are useful in a fight like being a professional assassin, a wrestler (especially bad for the Lizard), a tracker, and some other shit that goes into killing people or finding them and killing them. Here's how the fight would go: Victor would be aware of him first, underestimate him and the Lizard would suprise Victor with his speed and strength and cut him up or send him with an injury. He'd heal and laugh wholeheartedly, chase the Lizard, pin him down and slash his guts out.
Sabretooth is agile, strong and his healing factor's certainly strong enough. He's a good enough fighter to constantly best Wolverine and his psychopathic personality removes any morals. Moreover, his traits are enhanced by his berzerker rages.
Lizard wins easily unless Sabretooth has adamantium, the Lizard's stats outclass Sabretooth's (the only thing Sabre has on him is a better healing factor).
I would have to say SABERTOOTH He is a master in fighting varry sly strong and has even been a herold for Galactis with the healing factor that is under a unbreakable metal after im sure he wins this Especially if he is blood minded Victor Creed /SABERTOOTH WINS!!!

This is the type of fight that is sort of nonsensical in that both sides have so little capacity to cause lasting harm that the other can withdraw easily. If forced to fight I give Lizard the edge for his massive strength advantage (roughly 2-3x Sabretooth's) adamantium or not, Creed's claws are too short to get real good penetration like Wolvie's do and the Lizard regenerates too fast.
