Probably Poison Ivy. She is ridiculously overpowered and there is plenty of plants in Amazon that she can use as weapons. Also I think that she can just gain control over Lizard - in Batman: Long halloween she controlled Bruce Wayne, in Batman: Hush she gain control over Superman, if she can control so strong willed people, then I think that brainwashing Lizard would be easy. Or maybe he is immune to that influence? I know that Lizard was mind controlled in Spider-man: torment but that was influence of voodoo magic. Can he be controlled by spores?

Good question. I'm not sure if Ivy's spores can effect someone with a Lizard brain.

Poison Ivy

I'm going with the Lizard. He's stronger, much faster and although Ivy is in her element being in a forest so is Lizard. He can move exceedingly quickly through jungles. He can also breath underwater so drowning Ivy is a viable option. Not to mention Lizard also has reptile control. Which will be helpful as theres lots of reptiles in the jungle:

200 meters will give her plenty of time to get her stuff together. She might even be able to tap into the already existing plants which is major trouble for Lizard.

So, yes there are many reptiles in the jungle but I there are definatly more plants. Plus I agree with Picard, I think it is most likely that Lizard could be controlled and therefore be defeated.
