You need to define what Bane can do with his prep. Can he research Lizard and bring gear such as weapons, or is it just to learn about his enemy then face him with regular gear (which is unarmed and off venom).
Because the ONLY way Bane stands a chance is by bringing some serious firepower (explosives) with the prep. Otherwise, 0% chance of winning.
Venom won't do anything to help it. It grants very low level superhuman strength, boosted pain tolerance, and slight mass increase. Even with that, Lizard has him MASSIVELY outclassed in terms of physicals. Bane only stands a chance if he brings some epic firepower to the table. It's possible, seeing as we've seen Bane use an RPG, mini-gun, and other things.
Can Lizard transform back to Connor? I know his transformation became permanent in Shed. If he does then Bane takes him down when he's human,if not then Bane's best hope is to use his Talon army and pray they beat him.
While I give the agility to the Lizard I am giving the fighting style ability to Bane who is famous for breaking the bat. I think both could match strength with each other to a point before either the Lizard turns back into a human or Bane's venom strength wares off and he would need to rejoice on Venom to become strong again. Now neither will fear the other. However if this fight turns into a brawl I am going with Bane since he has the tactical mind and several fighting styles. If it comes down to hit and move then Lizard gets the win.
Strength aside, Lizard has a really powerful healing factor and his durability in the Marvel database is a 5 out of 7. It also says can also climb walls because of his gecko like hands and feet, has razor sharp claws and fangs which can cut through bone, stone and metal as well as a tail that can be whipped strong enough to shatter concrete.
Now some of you guys are massively underestimating bane and other batman Villians because they are beaten by batman... Which is stupid. So I will be clearing some things up about Bane one of you said that it gives him low superhuman strength and durability right? Well, the lizard is strong no doubt about it he can lift 20- 25 tons and has fought those who can lift that much and comparing to some of the spiderman's strongest lifting feat which was the 36-ton train car but keep in mind the exceeding his limits including that one time when he stopped the plane he almost died from far exceeding his limits. Well, let us take a look at Bane's feats. Bane is far smarter and far more skilled by miles not only that bane's more durable than you think he's tank high falls.. large explosions heck he's tanked hits from superman and super batman. Keep in mind Superbatman's mind was tainted by the charm so he wasn't holding back when he fought bane so HE TOOK THE FULL FORCE OF SUPERMANS POWERS AND SURVIVED. HE TOOK HEAT VISION TO THE FACE EVEN TOOK MULTIPLE PUNCHES AND SURVIVED HAVING A HOLE PUNCHED THROUGH HIM. Here is a common misconception that bane can only lift 5 tons which is false. Bane is strong enough to lift storage containers ONE-HANDED that's 12- 15 tons each folks. He's lifted 10-ton statues destroyed entire building s with his bare hand and tore apart a mech like it was paper too. He's lifted a 27-ton armored truck. Even without venom, he's competed with metahumans who threw him hundreds of feet in the air snapped crocodile's necks beaten sharks to death with his bare hands all of that without venom. He's taken down killer croc multiple times who can lift 18-20 tons tore off giant metal doors off of its hinges and lifted it overhead. Even Solomon Grundy with a punch he sent batman crashing into dozens of storage containers that were sent flying. So Lizard may be stronger if we scale to spiderman but, if we don't the matter of who is stronger becomes blurred. Also, I'd like to add Bullets and knives do nothing to bane at that point when he is on venom even off he's fast enough to dodge them another thing he gained that strength as soon as he injected venom into himself.

As much as babe is awesome to me he is note-taking lizard. Lizards Regen alone gives him an advantage. Him breaking the bat is not that great. Batman is human after all. He broke a humans back. Lizard is not gonna get his back broke in lizard form.

Bane's best prep feat is to break a back of someone who is obviously weaker than him. So if we go with prep feats, Bane hasn't done anything impressive against those stronger than him. Joker, Ra's & Scarecrow have better prep feat than Bane.
I can only see Bane winning if he brings some serious prep with him and just bumrushes Lizard as soon as he pops his head out with everything he's got.
