based on what i've researched majority of fictional fans even in other forums deemed Kami Tenchi as the japanese incarnation of TOAA conceptually. So if TOAA=Kami based on what i have found on the net

In all honesty imo, it's kind of unfair to say that just because kami has no actual feats he is no longer omni.If We recall neither TOAA has on-scene actual feats. Some would say that his feats was creating a multiverse.But, if we take it in a more sceptical view we haven't seen him do anything which clearly showcases his omnipotence on-scene much like Kami. Moreover, i guess it is also wrong to say that toaa is omni since he is the writer avatar, because by that logic, then we might stalemate TOAA with Tori Bot who is also the writer avatar of toriyama and creator of db multiverse. Corollarily , the Presence if i remember correctly, has no on-scene omnipotent feats as well, and doesn't even represent the dc writer, for he admitted that he was shaped by external forces and yet we generally regarded him to be an equal of toaa or at least the dc counterpart of the latter because he is the supreme being of DC. I guess we should also do the same with kami tenchi he also has no on-scene omni feats and only has the title of the supreme being of his fictional work the same as toaa and the Presence. In all of the actual on-scene appearances of these three all they did respectively was to talk to people, and yet they are all mostly banned in most forums since they are generally deemed to be equally omnipotent with respect to their respective fictional stories. So I guess it's time for us to brush aside such one sided argument that just bcuz Kami has no on-scene or on-panel feats he is no longer on toaa level or is equal equal to the latter. Bcuz in reality all omnis in fiction if not most lack feats. Even LT himself has more actual on-scene feats than his master.

Guys please don't be aggressive when comprehending this post.Im only giving my honest thoughts about it. And that is to refrain ourselves from giving an unequal appreciation for characters who are conceptually equally omni.
