The presence solos.

A small band of Marvel characters is not beating the entire DC universe. Not happening.

Apocalypse, Galactus, and Thanos are useless on their own. The Living Tribunal is not beating The Presence, Lucifer Morningstar, Elaine Belloc, The Endless etc.

The second most powerful being loses to the most powerful being. I voted DC, solely because of its version of God.

What the hell?? People actually think that Dc's weak. Well guess what? 5th dimensional imps so the other team with ease. That's without the Dc top tiers like Presence (who would easily solo), Michael and Lucifer (another pair that would solo), GEB (also solos), Anti-monitor and Spectre.

You're just underestimating Dc. They have equally powerful characters as marvel.

GEB=Presence. He can solo

Lucifer+Michael where also said to be equal to Presence so they also solo.

CA Superman=LT

There are also the moniters who create universal level dimensions constantly, and there's Mandrakk, the enemy of CA Superman (who held a universe with a finger.)

@kingkronos: well, i take it you know more about DC than i do so ill go with your word. i didnt know they had such powerful beings. hey somebody should make a thread where its the whole marvel universe vs the whole DC universe, including TOAA and the presence. that would be pretty cool

@chriskalaani: Actually there is a thread about it right now on comicvine. But TBH marvel wins over Dc. It just has much more entities. While Dc has a some very powerful characters, Marvel outnumbers them.

You could give it to Team Marvel if the Presence was not a part of the DC team since Spectre has the most ridiculous low end showings.

In fact in the High end of DC characters there are no beings treated as being unbeatable as the LT is in Marvel, having being defeated only by the HotU. In DC Lucifer, Michael GEB etc all are shown to be beatable through the raw power of others, while when it comes to the LT he is greater than the combined power of everything else, in fact is greater than the IG which seemed to be higher than everything else combined.

There are several characters outside the Presence that would beat the LT. The Endless, Ellain Belloc, M/L, Max Faraday etc

Sorry, I was unaware. I simply Googled "Most Powerful Comic Characters" and Living Tribunal is #2, TOAA #1. The Presence is only 3 or 4. I take it that you would disagree with that list?

The Presence is DCs version of The One Above All, so he automatically wins. And yes, according to the Religion aspect of it all, if God wants him to do something, he will be able to do it, that means wrecking the Living Tribunal and the Beyonder at the same time if he wishes with a mere gesture or thought.

Experts please correct my list if it is wrong, ahem, in order of most power to least

The Presence / TOAA ( basically the same, creators of all things )

The Evil Beast - Not sure if this is valid, was The presences polar opposite

The Source

Beyonder / Tribunal depending on the era

The Vishanti - Multiversal entities

Anti Monitor at 100%

Pre Crisis / Prime Superman

All Celestials Fuses ( as seen when fighting Galactus )

The Brothers - Sum of All things physical in any one universe

Skyfathers ( Zeus, Odin at 100% )

Imperiex/Galactus/Any Single Celestial ( more recent era, Galactus stalemated one of them until they combined and killed him)
