No Morals and win by eliminating the entire other team.
Both teams have every offical member they've ever had.

let me tell you guys something, The legion of Super heroes wins ! no matter who the X-men uses, there's little over 78 X-men and over thousands of legionnaires and if anyone wants to put the Pheonix up in the batters circle when she's up to bat she'll be looking at the Black Witch with the power of magic of the entire 31stC including all of universes-247 magick and of Mordru , Jean grey nor Rachel Summers nor X-man nate Summers or Professor X cannot deafeat Black Witch let alone the entire Legion of Super heroes.( research people really pays off ).
