Bloodshot has a very good chance then. Problem with Relaunch Bloodshot is although he is a very well written character, he has pretty much no major speed feats, and is a brawler. Composite Classic has plenty of speed feats and lots of skill.

He was getting the better of Archer in hand-to-hand on account of both a speed advantage and a good level of fighting skill.

@impervious: I've only read the new Valiant Bloodshot. So I can't call it.

How fast does Archer move?

@nelomaxwell: Peak human levels. He's bullet-timed, sniper-tranq timed, crossbow bolt timed, etc.

Don't think he can win against the librarian, especially if he's not in a meat factory where he can eat to restore wounds.

@nelomaxwell: Same here. Librarian is still more technically proficient than BS, substantially faster, maybe stronger, a more skilled/adaptable fighter in general, has move reading, can tank bullets no problem, can see weak points in an opponent...
