The Leader Vs Hector Hammond

The Battle takes place at Ferris Air.
The Leader has two weeks prep, and Hammond has three weeks.
Both characters can bring whatever equipment they could normally get a hold of, and these are both the current versions of these characters. 

Whew, that's a lotta ugly... Leader wins.

"Current hammond STOMPS,he's got ophidian(avarice entity). not sure about classic,but leader should win since i dont recall hammond being a master prepper. "

Its a headbutt challenge, they both headbutt each others head until one of them passes out.

Hammond wins, seeing as he's in possession of the entity that powers Larfleeze.

Hammond stomps. He was able to fool the likes of Green Lantern/Superman.

Hector Hammond isn't known for his prep work like the Leader is. This doesn't mean Leader will win however. He's still another human that can still be killed. Hector's alien physiology will outlast Leader if this battle drags on, which it's looking like. Leader's prep work has made him an arch enemies to Marvel's great superheroes like Iron Man and Hulk, so he's definitely packing some heavy firepowers. He's more intelligent than Hector, but he's not at the slightest at manipulating like Hector, which could tip the balance of this battle. I'm going out on a huge limp and say the Leader will prevail after a difficult battle of the minds. Leader's well planned strategies will prevent Hector from using his telepathy and his other powers like telekinesis. Leader's technologies are so advanced that he would already have an invisible psionic shield in case if his power dampener short-circuited or doesn't work since Hector's telepathy will give him the advantage of mind-swapping highly trained scientists and engineers and use their knowledge and skills to come with out on top in terms of raw powers and influences/manipulating the landscape for his own victory.
