The Last Samurai vs Jack Sparrow

They both have flintlock pistol. Samurai has a katana and short sword. Pirate has cutlass and combat knife.

To the death. They start 50 feet apart.

first, a pirate would never use a rapier. those were used only for dueling, they did not have any use outside of it. the rapier is too long to be used on a ship. jack, would probably be use a cutlass. but anyways, lets go with the rapier. algren( i think that was the last name of the main character if the last samurai) would win, not because he is a samurai- which are not invincible, nor are super gods with light saber for sword- but because i think he is more skilled. i mean, the fights of pirates of the caribbean took an eternity and they never hurt or kill anybody, with the exception of a few instances. the only thing jack has is stamina.
