An equal battle, 300 of the men and elves remain, they are led by Elrond. With Isildur as a secondary captain, no one is aloud to escape( the elves can't run this time), it's a fight to the death. Archers and swordsman are on this side ( as depicted at start of the fellowship) The battle takes places at the gates of Mordor The Spartans are led by Leonidas Who will win this battle and why How many casualties will there be on the winning team???

...How do you make a sequel to 300? Leonidas and co all save for one Spartan died. Unless they next movie is about the battle of Salamis or the Plataea fields mentioned at the end of the movie.

It's a prequel where all the characters are in high school and they all learn a lesson about bullying Athenians.

Given that homosexuality and *pedophilia* was kosher in greece, I guess that eliminates 95% of the insults in the high school vocabulary. :P

It's probably going to be released this year, It's called 300: Rise of am Empire. From wikipedia and IMDB:

300: Rise of an Empire is a forthcoming 2013 American action film. It is a prequel to the 2007 film, 300. The film stars Eva Green, Sullivan Stapleton, Rodrigo Santoro (reprising his role from the first film),Callan Mulvey, Hans Matheson, Jack O'Connell and Lena Headey. It is scheduled to be released in 3-D and IMAX 3D on August 2, 2013.

The film centers on Themistocles and Artemisia I of Caria, as well as Xerxes I of Persia. It originally went under the working title of Battle of Artemisium (widely mis-reported as "Battle of Artemisia"). The Battle of Artemisium was a naval engagement, concurrent with the battle at Thermopylae, and was fought between an alliance of Greek city-states and the Persian Empire in September 480 BC, in the straits between the mainland and Thermopylae. The film will probably also focus, in part, on the Battle of Salamis, in which Artemisia played a major role, as well as possibly the Battle of Marathon. Salamis was fought once the Persian Empire had advanced into southern Greece and occupied Athens.

The film will also cover some of the backstory of Xerxes, and will explain how he became "the God King".
