No other equipment, no prep. Random encounter in a factory. Starting a hundred yards apart.

The Killer and Fox, I only saw the movie. and I read the wiki page. they are insanely accurate.

@allstarsuperman: Although they are very accurate they probably won't be able to dag Deathstroke or Ravager as they both bullet-dodgers and Deathstroke has been dodging machine gun-fire since his creation

I suppose it'll come down to Wesley & Deathstroke. Deathstroke...well we've all seen the scans of him a hundred times over and Wes is the man Bullseye aspires to be. If The Killer's ability to kill can beat Deathstroke's reflexes he'll take it, if not Deathstroke will eventually run him through with that sword.
