Joker would win. He likes pain, Lesnar is afraid of it. I am half certain that in an average night, Joker inflicts more pain unto himself than Lesnar could ever deal in the same time frame well.

I recall joker easily killing a musclebound prisoner,also his nails are covered in poison and his blood is also toxic.

Joker got this . What is brock going to do ? Joker fighting skills is pretty high him fighting batman all the time. even with out gadgets he still puts up a fight. Plus the joker never fights fair. Brock has no chance. at all

Lesnar can barely beat semi competant fighter swith just he's shear mass. So fighting somebody who regularly is used to fighting  Batman is a no contest. Joker does something horrific to Lesnar after playing about at first.
