@angrir: Spider-Man can react to bullets, lift 20,000 pounds, has spider sense and is arguably at the top of the street level pyramid with black panther and wolverine. More than that, he has a degree if martial arts ability and high durability. Spider-Man would kill you casually, and any other human not wearing shock absorbing armor.

Wolverine has given Hulk a fight on more than one occasion due to being tailor made to absorb blunt force trauma and having weapons that can actually hurt the Hulk.
Ultimately, he loses a majority, but let's not all act like he doesn't belong on the same page all of a sudden when he's gone toe to toe with Hulk many a time.
Hulk will always win, assuming Wolverine never manages to sever his head from his body.
They both have healing factors, but Hulk can deal out more damage than Wolverine can, faster than Wolverine can. Push comes to shove, and he rips Logan in half. Again.
The fact that Hulk beats Wolverine so easily now is just another example of how Marvel's writers have turned Hulk into something he was never supposed to be. Wolverine was introduced to fight the Hulk.
It is possible to go either way. Wolverine needs to try and finish it quickly before the Hulk ramps up on anger, and the hulk could get a KO pretty easily. I'd say most likely the Hulk wins, but Logan could always get a decapitation which is his best bet.
Who in the heck bumped a 7 year old mismatched thread. Hulk effortlessly stomps. And anyone who thinks Logan has a chance of winning is either blindly devoted to Wolverine's character or knows very little of Hulk
