The Hulk vs The Joker - Read

Obviously, in a normal fight, the Hulk would friggin' murder stomp the Joker with not much trouble. But, this is not a normal fight. First off, it takes place in Gotham, so the Joker has the home field advantage. Second, the Joker has been armed with a light saber (red, of course), a hover board (yes, the pink one from Back to the Future 2), & an ASHPD (Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device, or 'portal gun') from the game 'Portal'. Third, the Joker will also have 45 minutes of prep time, not to set up anything, but rather just to familiarize himself with his nifty new toys. After the 45 minutes are up, the Hulk will be air-dropped into down town Gotham with his mind bent on smashing the Joker. We will assume, for the sake of the fight, that just like Wolverine's claws & Cyclops' eye beams, the light saber blade is able to get thru the Hulk's skin. Fight!!!

How so? Joker has high tech gear, prep time, & a heads up. Hulk may be super tough, but tough doesn't always beat bat-shit-crazy. Hulk still might win, but I think it'd be an awesome fight.
